WELCOMING YOUR PARTICIPANTS AT THE STATION OR THE AIRPORT
Make a great first impression on your delegates and facilitate their orientation as soon as they arrive at Grenoble station*, Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport* or Grenoble Alpes Isère airport*. We can offer them a friendly welcome: signs*, hosts and hostesses on site*, information point identified in your event's colours*.
It is also possible to install a personalized signage in the terminals of Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport*, and to distribute welcome flyers directly on board the shuttles* to Grenoble from the airports.

Grenoble Convention Bureau can provide you with a welcome kit that you can give to your delegates*.
