The Convention Bureau provides free support to project leaders - scientist, researcher, regional director, etc. - who wish to apply to host in Grenoble Alpes a national or international event such as congress, conference, colloquium, symposium or general assembly of the association, federation, learned society or union of which they belong.

Evaluation of the feasibility of the project, realization of the application file, development of the specifications of the event and implementation of calls for tenders with service providers, organization of inspection visits, putting in touch with the key players of the destination, provision of promotional tools and monitoring of the project by one and only contact.
