Led by Grenoble INP-UGA and supported by BPI France, Smart Games Builder Pro designs and runs serious games for businesses and organisations.
A fun, immersive and collaborative method to strengthen team cohesion, develop soft skills and tackle major human, managerial and industrial challenges in a different way.
Over the past 18 years, more than 60 serious games have been designed, tested and rolled out to tens of thousands of participants in France and internationally. Board games, card games, simulations, role-playing games and hybrid escape games place participants in real-life scenarios and encourage cooperation, creativity, active listening, decision-making and collective intelligence.
Team-building, seminars and workshops
Smart Games Builder Pro offers workshops covering a wide range of topics: team cohesion, management, stress management, communication, inclusion and diversity, CSR and transitions, human resources and risk prevention.
The offering can be tailored to suit every need: try out a game during an introductory workshop, customise an existing game, or co-develop a fully bespoke serious game with the teams at Grenoble INP-UGA.
Among the formats on offer are: HOTSEAT, for practising interviews, pitches and showcasing skills; UPRO, focusing on communication, creativity and management; INCLUDED, to raise awareness of inclusion (disability, vulnerable social groups, harassment, quality of life at work, etc.); Desert Run and Cosmic Quest, two collaborative meta-games focused on team cohesion, problem-solving and resource management; and ESCAPE, which enables you to create hybrid, bespoke escape games.
