A NEW RANGE OF ACCOMMODATION
Our accommodation offer is particularly well suited to the needs of young mobile workers, thanks to its flexible nature, highly competitive rates (from €700/month), numerous services (housekeeping, concierge service, high-speed WIFI, etc.) and simplified administrative procedures. Our fully-equipped apartments enable customers to move in within a few hours.
Several formats are available to suit different needs and budgets, from suites to T2 duplexes and terraces, not forgetting large apartments for several people to share.

A COWORKING SPACE DESIGNED AS A HUB FOR THE TECH THE BABEL COMMUNITY ECOSYSTEM Grenoble Bastille is also home to a coworking space on the 1st floor of its residence, covering almost 600 m2 and accommodating around 100 workstations. The space is fully equipped and furnished, and offers a wide range of services (meeting rooms, call rooms, photocopying, high-speed WIFI, etc.). Once again, flexibility and no-obligation contracts are the order of the day!

THE BABEL COMMUNITY, a pioneer in Coliving in France, has been developing and operating 4,000 to 15,000m2 hybrid residences in the heart of cities since 2017. These living spaces are made up of plug & play Coliving accommodation and flexible Coworking workspaces, surrounded by shared spaces (restaurants, fitness room, screening room, etc.).
