Our specialty, the Panuozzo, embodies the spirit of street food: a light, airy pizza dough baked in the oven, folded in half, and topped with all kinds of fresh ingredients. The possibilities are endless, allowing us to tailor our offerings to your preferences—whether savory, sweet, vegetarian, or meat-based… It’s quick, and above all, it’s a surefire and original way to treat your guests! Everything is homemade, and the concept is designed to avoid long waits at the truck during your events.
Alongside these icons of Neapolitan cuisine, the NAPO food truck also offers a wide selection of small homemade dishes served as antipasti or appetizers on a platter, all kinds of pestos, candied vegetables, and other dips to snack on on the go. You can also choose from a variety of homemade desserts, including tiramisu, panna cotta, sweet Panuozzo and Teglia, as well as a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
