Video projectors, Wi-Fi and air conditioning provide everything needed for meetings to run smoothly, whilst the opening onto the park allows for breaks, informal discussions and socialising in the heart of a lush green setting. The lounges offer a cosy atmosphere with a fireplace and the charming details of a genuine guest house.

The 4-star accommodation comprises 49 rooms with premium bedding and views of the green spaces, including 14 rooms that can be converted into twin rooms and 5 duplex rooms to suit your needs.

Trained in Grenoble and Challes-les-Eaux, Sylvain Mondoloni has been honing his craft for over fifteen years in demanding establishments, ranging from 5-star hotels belonging to Relais & Châteaux to Michelin-starred restaurants. There, he acquired the precision of haute cuisine, the generosity of bistronomy and a genuine sense of hospitality.
At La Table du Parc, he now grounds his cuisine in the local area. Local produce, regional expertise and close ties with producers inspire a menu that evolves with the seasons.
This approach gives rise to dishes where indulgence, balance and vitality come together in harmony. A lively and joyful cuisine, designed to be as good for you as it is a treat.
For every event, the Chef devises menus tailored to the format and pace of the day, taking into account any specific dietary requirements of the guests.
