Artistic team-building activities provide an opportunity to showcase everyone’s creativity, to get to know colleagues in a different light from the workplace, and to break down hierarchies for the duration of the activity.
The Floriscola association offers team-building activities tailored (to the specific challenges faced) to businesses, organisations or other types of groups. Through the art of floristry, the main aim of this creative session is to strengthen the bonds between group members.
A qualified florist and facilitator will guide you through the process of artistic and creative expression.
This activity is open to all and requires no prior technical skills. You will be taught the basics so that everyone can subsequently develop their own style.
The number of participants varies depending on the type of workshop and the venue’s capacity: up to 10 people for Japanese floral art (Kakedama) workshops and up to 24 or 25 people for other workshops.
