We use a professional Nespresso machine, renowned for the consistency of its brews and the precision of every cup. Combined with a range of professional capsules offering a variety of flavour profiles, it allows us to serve coffee to suit every taste and every moment of the day.
From intense espressos and well-balanced coffees to milder varieties or decaffeinated options: every cup is prepared with care to provide a simple, convivial and perfectly crafted experience.

A commitment to sustainability
At the end of each event, we collect all the used capsules. These are sent to a specialist sorting centre where:
- the aluminium is recycled and reused
- the coffee grounds are put to good use, particularly in agriculture
