Four different meeting rooms are offered:
- Conference room "Belledone": 47,50m2 up to 40 people
- Seminar room "Chartreuse" 40,80m2 up to 30 people
- Rental "Huez" Room: Plenary it measures 106,00m2, a maximum of 90 people, but it is flexible and can be separated into two (71 m2 and 35 m2).

Equipment rental
All conference rooms are equipped with television, overhead projector and WiFi.
Furthermore the meeting rental room has a external telephone line, notepads and pencils on tables, a flipchart with markers, screen and an overhead projector, glasses and bottles of water.
If required, the hotel offers the rental of microphones for ties and video projectors for a day or half a day.
